Talking to him was like talking to a friend that I knew for years and not at all like a salesman. He was more concerned about what I wanted and made sure I didn’t have health issues that would hinder me from lifting a doll. He answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease. Honestly I’m very impressed with their dolls.
